This section provides examples of network topologies in which ProCurve 
8100fl switches can be implemented. 

Connecting ProCurve Intelligent EDGE Devices 

The ProCurve 8100fl Switch Interconnect Fabric provides a highly available, 
high performance, forwarding fabric for interconnecting intelligent edge 
devices. The ProCurve Switch 8100fl series provides an alternative to 
traditional core routing switches by combining low cost and complexity with 
high availability, resiliency, and forwarding capacity.
