Adding or subtracting the deviation in the Fix step

Figure 44 Substrate Scaling Correction wizard Fix step

•1. Find and measure the greatest deviation between the benchmark and

printed rulers.

•2. If the printed ruler is shorter than the benchmark ruler, enter the deviation

in the field on the screen.

•3. If the printed ruler is longer than the benchmark ruler, enter this deviation

as a negative value in the field on the screen.

After entering the delta in the Fix step

•1. Click

the

Next

button on the wizard

Fix

step. The

wizard Print

step

displayed.

•2. Click

the

Print

button to print the Scaling job. Ten copies of the Scaling job

are printed and the

Enter values

step is displayed.

•3. Continue to fill in the values in the Enter Values step and check them by

printing the Scaling job until all the values are within tolerance.

•4. Click

in the wizard Analysis step when there are no the deviations

between the two rulers. Then click the

Next

button. The wizard Finish

step

is displayed.

•5. Click

Yes

in the wizard Analysis step and continue with the procedure as

long as the discrepancies are greater than 0.1mm.
