•5. Disconnect the homing sensor.

•6. Disconnect the Encoder and power cables from the FP drive motor.

•7. Remove the Output assembly from the press.

a. Unscrew and remove the three screws on the front and the three

screws on the rear Output walls. Alternate sides as you loosen the
screws to avoid placing stress on either side.

b. Carefully lift out the Output unit from the press and place it on a pallet.

Note:

This procedure requires two people.
