Before removing the sensor board, follow these steps:

Prepare the computer for disassembly (

Preparation for disassembly on page 42

Remove the bottom cover (

Bottom cover on page 42

Remove the battery (

Battery on page 43

Remove the system board (see

System board on page 58

Remove the sensor board:

Turn the system board upside down with the rear toward you.

Release the ZIF connector (1) to which the sensor board cable is connected, and then disconnect the cable
from the system board.

Detach the sensor board (2) from the system board. (The sensor board is attached to the system board
with double-sided adhesive.)

Remove the sensor board (3) and cable.

Reverse this procedure to install the sensor board.

WWAN antenna

To remove the WWAN antenna, use this procedure and illustration.
