Setting Up a Virtual COM Port

Adding a Printer Using the Bluetooth Serial Port Profile

1. Launch your Bluetooth device’s software (e.g., My Bluetooth Places, My Bluetooth Neighborhood,

My Bluetooth Devices, etc.) and search for all Bluetooth devices in range. A window will appear
that displays all the discovered Bluetooth devices.

2. Locate your hp bt1300 Bluetooth wireless printer adapter icon, right-click on it, and then select

Discover Available Services

. You may also search for the available services by just double-

clicking the hp bt1300 icon. The Serial Port Profile list will be displayed.
