meat

 

and

 

poultry

 

is

 

defrosted

before

 

placing

 

in

 

the

 

oven

.

Whenever

 

possible,

 

take

 

food

 

out

 

of

 

the

 

refrigerator

and

 

keep

 

it

 

as

 

cool

 

as

 

possible

delay
