WARNING
Serious crushing due to lowering / dropping machine parts.
Ø Support the raised machine mechanically by appropriate means.

Do not work under the raised machine without proper safeguards.

Always use an appropriate protective outfit for all repair, maintenance, and
adjustment work.
6.1 Tines
The tines are robust, of simple design and suitable for all types of soil.
Due to the inclination of the tines long fibre harvest residues can move up quickly
and turn away.
Tines TerraGrip 3L
The spring loaded stone release protection with a tripping force of 550 kg prevents
damage to tines, tine holder and coulters. Once the tripping force is reached the
tines can easily and quickly give way toward the top.
WARNING
Danger of severe injuries caused by the tensioned spring assembly.
Ø
Never stand in front of the tines!
Ø Replace the spring assembly only as a complete unit (workshop work).
Ø
Never open the spring assembly.
Ø
If a tine is blocked or jammed by stones etc., please contact the HORSCH Ser-
vice. The blockage may give way and the tine jump forward into its normal
position.
