For this purpose adjust the valves on both sides
evenly and apply more fan air to the fertiliser.
After sowing reset the valves again.

Distributor housing with valves
The correct distribution must be determined by
field tests or during a test placement. Checking is
required when starting work and also in between.
NOTE
¾
Adjust the ventilation flap before starting
sowing. Adjust both valves uniformly.
¾
Check this setting daily.
The mark above the “0” shows the position of
the valve.
In the middle position “0” the air is distributed
evenly to all hoses.
When turning both valves in direction “ - “, the
air quantity to the first fall sluice is reduced, but
increased to the outer hoses.
After sowing reset the valve to middle position.
In order to avoid mix-ups when filling the hop
-
pers, you should check the routing of hoses and
the allocation of hoppers to the distributor towers
before starting to fill.
Determine fan speed and valve position
For the first drilling incidents or a new seed/
fertiliser combination it is recommended to run
a test placement before starting drilling. This is
necessary to determine the required fan speed,
to achieve correct transverse distribution.
The simulation speed is used to place the de-
sired amount of seed and fertiliser on a level
surface. For this reason pay attention to the
operating instructions for E-Manager.
The work signal can be switched via additional
clips in the height adjustment, or by disconnecting
the plug from the pressure sensor.
Several test placements with different fan
speeds and ventilation flap settings may prob
-
ably be necessary.
For an accurate evaluation of the results it is
recommended to catch and weigh the quantities
at the individual coulters.
