Unfolding and adjusting the pre-
tension pressure
The pressure to unfold the lateral wings and
the pre-tensioning pressure for even weight
distribution must be adjusted before initial
commissioning.
When adjusting and for all work in
the hydraulic system you must strictly
comply with the safety regulations.
Danger to life in the area of hydraulically
operated components in case of non-
compliance.
Fold in the side wings.
Unscrew the valve (2) adjustment screw.
In the terminal choose "Wings" and operate the
control unit.
Turn in the valve (2) adjustment screw, until the
wings unfold - max. 170 bar.
Switch the terminal to "Lift" and set the control
unit to float position.
Set the three-way valve (1) to "Field".
Run the fan and adjust the pre-tensioning
pressure for weight distribution on valve (3) -
max. 70 bar.
