Connection
1. Connect the coupling head “Brake” (yellow)
first .
2. Next , connect the coupling head “Provision”
(red).
3. Release the parking brake (press the red
button).
4. Adjust the braking force according to the
load on the brake valve unit, see section
Brake valve unit.
Unhitch
1. Engage the parking brake (pull the red
button).
2.
First disconnect the coupling head “Provision”
(red).
3. Then disconnect the coupling head “Brake”
(yellow).
Brake valve unit
The brake force can be set on the brake valve
unit depending on the load of the hopper.
The basic setting depends on the equipment or
curb weight of the machine and has been preset.

Optional equipment
Brake system
The machine can be equipped with a pneumat -
ic or hydraulic brake system. The machine is
equipped with a parking brake for safe parking.
DANGER
Uncontrolled rolling of the machine can cause
severe injuries by crushing or rolling over.

Park the machine only on level ground with
sufficient load bearing capacity.
¾
Towed machine: Engage the tractor brake
before releasing the brake.
¾
Before unhitching the machine: Secure the
machine with wheel chocks against rolling
away before releasing the brake.
Pneumatic brake
The pneumatic brake is a dual-line single-circuit
braking system with pressure regulator.
