Check hoses and hose clamps in the air intake
system and in the cooling system for tight fit.
¾
Retighten the wheel fastening with 650 ± 65 Nm.
¾
Check the anti-freeze mixture in the cool-
ing system, if necessary top up anti-freeze
mixture.
¾
Check function of service brake.
¾
Check screw joints and hose connections on
the turbo charger for tight fit.
¾
Clean the cabin filter elements and renew,
if required.
¾
Check the wheel gears for leak tightness.
14.3.6 Maintenance after 1000
operating hours or 1x per year
¾
Change the gear oil in the wheel gears.
¾
Change engine oil and filter element.
¾
Replace fuel filter and pre-filter.
¾
Check the hose connections of the air intake
system.
¾
Check the ribbed V-belt for wear, damage
and tension.
¾
Check the air conditioning system.
¾
Check hydraulic hoses for chafing and leakages.
¾
Clean the batteries.
14.3.7 Maintenance as required
¾
Clean / replace the air filter elements.
¾
Clean / replace the cabin air filter.Clean /
replace the air filter elements.
¾
Bleeding the fuel system.
¾
Check the tyre pressure.
