WARNING
Danger caused by power supply failure
between tractor and machine caused
by damaged supply lines!
When connecting the supply lines, pay attention
to the routing of the supply lines:
¾
Supply lines must be free of tension, kinking
or friction and easily follow all movements of
the attached or hitched up machine.
¾
The supply lines should not rub against for-
eign parts.
Procedure:
1.
Instruct persons to leave the danger zone
between tractor and machine, before you
back up to the machine.
2.
Connect the supply lines first, before you
hitch up the machine to the tractor
7.2 Unhitching the machine
WARNING
Do not unhitch, while the boom is still
unfolded!
Negative drawbar load can cause the
machine to tip over!
WARNING
Danger of crushing, cutting, being
pulled in, being caught and impact
caused by inappropriate stability and
tipping over of the hitched up machine!
When unhitching the machine you should
always ensure sufficient free space in front
of the machine, so that you will be able to
back the tractor up to the machine when you
have to hitch up the next time.
Procedure:
1.
Park the empty machine on a horizontal,
solid ground parking area.
2.
Unhitch the machine from the tractor:
2.1 Move the tractor to a distance of approx.
25cm to the machine.
→
The free space between tractor and
machine eases the access for unhitching
and disconnecting the lines.
2.2 Secure the tractor against unintended
starting and accidental rolling.
2.3 Check whether the PTO-shaft of the trac-
tor has been switched off.
2.4 Connect the supply lines with the tractor.
3.
Now move the tractor further backwards
to the machine, so that the connecting
facilities can be coupled.
4.
Connect and secure the connecting fa-
cilities.
5.
Lift the support foot to transport position.
6.
Remove the wheel chocks
7.
Release the parking brake.
2.1 Secure the machine against unintended
rolling away.
→ Use wheel chocks and apply the parking
brake.
2.2 Lower the support foot down to parking
position.
2.3 Decouple the connecting facility.
2.4 Move the tractor approx. 25 cm forward.
→ The free space between tractor and
machine eases the access for unhitching
and disconnecting the supply lines.
2.5 Secure tractor and machine against un-
intended starting and accidental rolling
away.
2.6 Remove the PTO-shaft pump.
2.7 Disconnect the supply lines.
2.8 Close the coupling heads of the supply
and brake lines.
2.9 Fasten the supply lines in the dedicated
parking sockets.
2.10Hydraulic brake: Detach the parking brake
rip chord from the tractor.
