4.8 Spraying line
The spraying line is made of Ø 25 mm stain-
less steel pipe. In the boom sections the pipe is
continuous. The sections are coupled by hoses,
resulting in continuous lines over the entire width
of the boom.
The nozzle control has been designed as
pneumatic single nozzle control for all versions.
Section separation is achieved by combining the
control of several nozzle bodies.
The spray line can be fitted with single or multiple
nozzle bodies.
4.8.1 Circulation system
Due to the permanent circulation of the biocata-
lyst through the complete nozzle pipe while the
sprayer is switched off, spraying fluid is perma -
nently applied to the nozzle.
Even when switching on individual sections or
the entire spraying line for the first time, the
biocatalytic solution is directly and well mixed
available.
This circulation successfully prevents the forma-
tion of deposits and blockage.
