9.11 Notes on inspection of
crop protection sprayer
The pressure test port can be found on the
pressure filter behind the right hand flap on the
platform.
An adapter to be mounted to the pressure filter
is included in the delivery. It can be used to con-
nect a hose (2").
Line to the flow meter:

Diameter min. 38 mm

Length of line max. 3 m.
Pump test - pump capacity test (pumping
capacity, pressure)
1. If necessary switch of internal cleaning and
agitator.
2. Unscrew the spigot nut (1).
3. Plug the test hose on the pressure port (2)
(2“ Camloc coupling required)
4. Connect all pressure outputs to the Com-
mander-Box.

Pump capacity data can be found inside on the
left hand flap on the platform.
Flow meter test
1. Loosen the hose clamp (3) below the flow
meter.
2. Plug on a test hose.
3. Tighten the hose clamp.
4. Switch on the pump.

9.12 Electric lighting system
Replacing light bulbs:
5. Unscrew the protection glass.
6. Disassemble the defective lamp.
7. Install a replacement lamp (ensure correct
voltage and wattage).
8. Close and fasten the protection glass again.
