In multiple nozzle systems all existing
nozzles must be opened for cleaning.
There is a risk of deposits if this instruc-
tion is not followed!
9.1.4 Cleaning the sprayer with
the (partly) filled tank
The initially forced out residual quan-
tity is undiluted. Therefore spray the
residual quantity on an untreated
surface!
Strictly clean the suction fittings
(pumps, pressure regulator) and
spray line in case of weather depend-
ent interruptions of the spraying
process.

Perform cleaning in the field by using water
from the fresh water tank.
¾
Refer to chapter 4.8.3 for the required travel
distance for spraying the undiluted residual
quantity.
Procedure:
1. Switch off the nozzles.
2. Switch off the agitator.
3. In the terminal switch over to fresh water.
Clear water now circulates through the
nozzle pipe into the tank. The chemical that
is still in the solution tank will thereby be
diluted.
4. After approx. 5 seconds drive the required
distance with the nozzles switched on (on a
untreated residual area).
5. Switch off the pump.
6. Activate the “Air-Valve” function, in order to
clean the boom with air, see 9.1.4.1

9.1.3 Cleaning the sprayer with
the tank empty
The initially forced out residual quan-
tity is undiluted. Therefore spray the
residual quantity on an untreated
surface!
Clean the solution tank after use!
1. Fill the solution tank with approx. 400 l of
water.
2. Set the suction side to solution tank (e).
3. Switch off the agitator on the terminal.
4. Switch on the spraying pump on the terminal.
5. Switch on the injector (c).
6. Open the ball valve on the induction hopper (k).
7. Switch on canister flushing (f) and operate
the canister flusher using a suitable con -
tainer, until only clear water runs out.
8. Switch on the closed circuit line (g), until only
clear water runs out
9. Switch on the shock nozzle (h) for approx.
10 sec.
10. Switch on the spray gun (i) and spray into
the container, until only clear water runs out.
11. Switch off the injector (c).
12. Open the quick filling valve for a moment.
13. Switch on the internal container cleaning for
approx. 20 seconds (a).
14. Switch on the agitator at the terminal for approx.
10 seconds and set it to max. intensity (b).
15. Boom line on (d).
16. Spray the diluted residual quantity on an
untreated residual area.
17. Activate the “Air-Valve” function, in order to
clean the boom with air, see 9.1.4.1
18. Repeat steps 1-16 for a second time (if
necessary a third time) (dilution principle).
19. Clean suction and pressure filters (see 9.1.2).
