8.4.2 Flushing in liquid preparations
during the filling process
1. Enter the desired container content in the
terminal
2. Connect the suction hose to the filling con -
nection.

3. Start filling via terminal.
4. Switch on the induction hopper / injector on
the terminal.
5. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
6. Fill the required preparation quantity as calcu-
lated for filling the container into the induction
hopper (max. 45l).
7. Turn the switch-over ball valve (e) to the posi-
tion for sucking-off (f). Have the content com -
pletely sucked out of the induction hopper.
8. Close the switch-over ball valve again. If
necessary repeat this process, if more than
45 l of preparation is needed.
9. Preliminarily clean the induction hopper with
closed circuit flushing (b).
10. Open the switch-over ball valve and have
the contents sucked out.
11. Close the switch-over ball valve (e) again.
12.
Switch off the induction hopper on the terminal.
13. Top up the missing amount of water.
14. Adjust the desired agitator power.

At the beginning of the filling process the water
sucked in through the suction hose is applied to
the induction hopper.
Once the desired tank contents is reached, the
suction valve will automatically switch over to
the solution tank. Chemical is then applied to
the induction hopper.
In order to clean the induction hopper switch
the suction valve over to the fresh water tank.
Use the washing gun to remove any residues
from the induction hopper. Pull lever (d) and
operate the gun to do so.
Make sure that no undesired pint-type entries
of preparation are generated!
