1. Open the lid on the illuviation valve.
2. Set the ball valve on the suction side to
spray-
ing mixture container
.
3. Set the ball valve on the pressure side to
illuviation valve
.
4. Switching on the PTO-shaft activates the
piston diaphragm pump.
5. Fill the preparation quantity calculated and
measured for filling the tank into the illuvia
-
tion valve.
6. Turn the switch-over ball valve (5) to the po-
sition for sucking-off. Have the content com
-
pletely sucked off from the illuviation valve.
7. Close the switch-over ball valve (5) again.
The process may need to be repeated if the
required preparation could not be filled in
during a single process.
8. Set the ball valve on the suction side to
fresh
water tank
after all preparations have been
flushed in.
9. Pre-clean the illuviation valve with the rinsing
nozzles (4).
10. Open the switch-over ball valve (5) and
have the contents sucked off.
11. Clean the illuviation valve with the washing
gun.
12. Close the switch-over ball valve (5) again.
13.
Switch off the PTO-shaft.
14. Set the ball valve on the suction side again
to
spraying mixture container
.
15. Set the ball valve on the pressure side to
Agitator
.
16. Adjust the desired agitator power.
Flushing in powdery
preparations and
carbonyl diamide
NOTE
Exercise particular caution when handling pow-
dery preparations or carbonyl diamide! Wear
personal protective outfit! Observe the regula
-
tions and notes of the crop protection agent
manufacturer!
Before spraying completely dissolve the car-
bonyl diamide by the activated agitator. When
dissolving larger carbonyl diamide quantities
the temperature of the spraying mixture will
drop considerably, this dissolves the carbonyl
diamide much slower. The warmer the water,
the quick and better the dissolving of carbonyl
diamide.
1. Fill the spraying mixture container with ap-
prox. 500 litres of water.
2. Set the ball valve on the suction side to
spray-
ing mixture container
.
3. Set the ball valve on the pressure side to
illuviation valve
.
4. Switching on the PTO-shaft activates the
piston diaphragm pump.
5. Open the lid on the illuviation valve.
6. Turn the switch-over ball valve (5) to the posi-
tion for sucking-off.
7. Turn on the rinsing nozzles (4).
8. Turn on the rinsing nozzle (3).
9. Fill the preparation quantity calculated and
measured for filling the tank into the illuvia
-
tion valve.
10. Close the switch-over ball valve (5) after
complete sucking-off.
11. Set the ball valve on the suction side to
fresh
water tank
.
