Circulation system with pneumatic

nozzle control

Due to the permanent circulation of the biocata-

lytic solution through the complete circulation

pipe, wash is constantly present at all nozzles

while the crop protection sprayer is switched off.

Wash is immediately available at the nozzles

when switching on.

Even when switching on individual sections or

the entire spraying line for the first time, the

biocatalytic solution is directly and well mixed

available.

This circulation successfully prevents the forma-

tion of deposits and blockage.

The spraying line is cleaned by the circulation

system. The suction side of the crop protection

sprayer is set to fresh water for this purpose. The

nozzle line is flushed with fresh water.

Switching on the nozzles for about 5 seconds is

sufficient to clean them.
