Maintenance

Drain the air reservoir every day during op-
eration.
¾
Clean the pipeline filters whenever required,
but at least once every year.
¾
The brake pads must be regularly checked
for wear and replaced if necessary.
¾
To ensure the function of the valves, anti-
freeze should be added to the compressed air.
Follow the operating instructions of the tractor!
¾
The coupling heads should be closed with blind
covers or a plastic bag to protect against dam-
age caused by moisture.
¾
Secure the machine with wheel chocks against
rolling before releasing the brake. Release
the brake. Brake pads may otherwise stick to
the drum and make restarting of the machine
more difficult.

Mechanical brake pressure regulator
The brake pressure regulator with hand lever is
used to adjust the brake force. The brake force
is adjusted in dependence of the loading condi-
tion of the crop protection sprayer. The brake
pressure regulator adjusts the brake pressure
required on the axle. The adjustment lever can
be set to Spraying mixture container filled (17) , Spraying
mixture container partially filled (18) or Spraying mixture
container empty (19) . The arrow (16) indicates the
corresponding setting.
