Residue drain
¾
Set the directional valve on the suction side
to
Fill spraying mixture container
.
¾
Activate the PTO-shaft for approx. 10 sec.
to drain the suction connection for filling the
spraying mixture container.
¾
Set the directional valve on the suction side
to
Spraying mixture tank
.
¾
Open the drain valve for the residual drain.
¾
Set the directional valve on the pressure side
to
Circulation/spraying
.
¾
Drain the spraying mixture container and
lines completely. Close the ball valve for
direct filling, filling the fresh water tank, suc
-
tion connection for filling the spraying mixture
container, residue drain and pressure output
again. Put on the cap again for pressure out-
put, direct filling, filling the fresh water tank,
suction connection for filling the spraying
mixture container and residue drain.
Winter storage
1.
Depending on the desired frost protection, fill
the appropriate amount of litres of antifreeze
and clear water into the fresh water tank. At
least 60 litres of the finished mix are required.
NOTE
After draining the machine (without air function)
approx. 20 - 40 litres of water still remains in
the lines! This residual quantity mixes with the
antifreeze mix during the winter storage process
and thereby lowers the antifreeze temperature
even further!

NOTE
Follow the specifications of the antifreeze agent
used to mix the desired concentration!
Use only approved anti-freeze agents!
2. Set the directional valve on the suction side to
fresh water tank
. Set the directional valve of the
pressure side to
Cleaning
and the switch-over
ball valve to
Outside cleaning
. Switching on the
PTO-shaft activates the piston diaphragm
pump. Apply pressure to the spray gun until
antifreeze mix escapes.
3. Use the directional valve of the pressure
side to flush each of the machine functions
spraying mixture container, agitator, folding
boom circulation and internal cleaning with
fresh water.
4. Set the directional valve of the suction side to
Spraying mixture container
once the fresh water
tank has been drained.
5. Set the directional valve on the pressure
side to
Illuviation valve
. Subsequently apply
pressure each to the shock nozzles, canister
flushing and cleaning gun until antifreeze mix
escapes.
6. Once the illuviation valve has been com-
pletely flushed with antifreeze, the antifreeze
content can be determined on it by using an
antifreeze tester. Now suction off the anti
-
freeze mix in the illuviation valve completely.
7. If the level of antifreeze protection is not ad-
equate, an appropriate amount of antifreeze
agent can be added via the illuviation valve.
8. Once all functions have been completely
flushed with antifreeze mix, set the directional
valve on the pressure side to
Circulation/spraying
.
9. At the end, open each section until a anti-
freeze mix escapes at the nozzles.
10.
Switch off the PTO-shaft again.
11. The water system is now ready for winter
storage.
12. Drain the air reservoir.
13. Empty the water separator and compressed
air regulator combination.
