7 Operation

WARNING

Ø

Whenever working on the machine pay attention to the associated safety
notes in the chapter "Safety and Introduction" as well as the accident preven-
tion regulations!

7.1 Initial commissioning/tractor change

During initial commissioning and when changing the tractor, the machine must be
adapted to the tractor.

WARNING

Serious crushing due to lowering / dropping machine parts

Ø

No persons may stay under raised machine parts.

Ø

Order persons to leave the danger zone around the machine. Make sure be-
fore folding that no persons are present in the danger zone.

Ø

Comply with the accident prevention instructions.

Adapting the hose connection

The hose bracket must be adapted to the tractor.
The hoses should be routed here in such a way that hoses and couplings will not be
damaged under any operating conditions in the field, in transport position and
when cornering.

Ø

Loosen the screws.

Ø

Slide the hose bracket one bore forward or backward, depending on the posi-
tion. There should be sufficient ground clearance when lifting/lowering and
when cornering.

Retighten the screws.

Adapting the hose lengths

Ø

Adjust the free length of the hoses to the tractor. For this purpose loosen the
clamping brackets and move the hoses accordingly.
