Leveling:

The harrow can be adjusted for level at any time if necessary by using the supplied turnbuckles on each

section (two per section). The harrows are leveled from the factory but if further adjustment is desired

simply turn the adjusting rod of the turnbuckle by hand to obtain level. Turning clockwise will shorten the

rod, lifting that side of the harrow. Turning counterclockwise will lengthen the rod, lowering that side of

the harrow.

Harrow Level Adjustment

Maintenance:

There is little maintenance required for the spring tooth harrow. Periodic inspection of hardware,

turnbuckles and pins for looseness is recommended. Tighten any loose hardware, following proper

torque guidelines spelled out later in this manual in Section 6 – Maintenance & Service. Replace any

missing or damaged hardware with the appropriately called out item noted in the model year specific

parts catalog. Prior to each field use it is also recommended to inspect each spring tooth for loose,

fractured, or broken tines. Replace any damaged components prior to use.
