5.12.6 Checking flow rate

1.

Press [CHECK FLOW RATE] on the DATA 1/2 screen.

The CHECK FLOW RATE screen is displayed.

Tip

[RESET]: Resets the flow rate.
[FLOW]: Changes the flow rate setting.

Changing the flow rate setting

1.

Press [FLOW].

The FLOW RATE SETTING screen is displayed.

2.

Enter the new flow rate value using the numerical key pad and press [SET].

Input range: 0 mL/min to 200 mL/min

Tip

[CLEAR]: Clears the whole value.
[BACK]: Deletes the rightmost number of the value.

The screen returns to the maintenance information screen.
