4.
Remove the cathode electrode from the sensor holder.
Note
The surface of the gold cathode should be clean and smooth. Reading will be affected by the residual
contamination on the cathode surface.
5.
Supply a new cathode electrode and attach it to the sensor holder.
6.
Install the sensor holder on the measurement cell, and then close the sensor cap.
Before attaching the sensor holder, clean up residual beads on the thread and O-ring.
7.
Open the valve to supply sample water.
8.
Turn ON the converter.
9.
Wait until the reading becomes stable, it takes 3 hours minimum.
10.
Perform calibration.
Tip
If the sample water is blocked by the air in the nozzle, stop flow once and supply again or poke a bar
into the nozzle to remove air.
Cleaning of measurement cell
Periodically clean the measurement cell as water stains will adhere to its inside over time.
Operation
1.
Turn OFF the converter.
2.
Close the root valve to shut off the sample.
3.
Remove the measurement cell, the beads cell, the sensor holder, etc.
4.
Clean the inside of the measurement cell.
Note
Hold the measurement cell to avoid falling when the four screws are loose.
Pull down the measurement cell straight to be safe of the nozzle.
During the cleaning of the measurement cell, take care not to damage the brown parts on the
surfaces of the anode and reference electrodes.
When cleaning the measurement cell, take this opportunity to replace all the cleaning beads.
