TS_1: Temperature sensor 1 error
The detector temperature sensor or sensor circuit fails.

CONV: Converter temperature
NOx converter temperature is too low.

PRE1: Pressure 1
Detector pressure deviates from the specified range.

FLO1: Flow rate 1 (optional)
Flow rate deviates from the specified range.
Sample flow rate deviates from the specified range (0.8 L/min to 1.4 L/min).
Tip
Flow rate can be checked on the ANALOG INPUT screen (Fig. 60 on page 50).

of the previous pump, replace the pump.
