A.  Light switch is turned off.

B.  Fuse is blown or circuit breaker 

is turned off.

C.  Incorrect circuit wiring.

A.  Turn light switch on.

B.  Replace fuse or turn circuit 

breaker on.

C. Verify that fixture is wired properly.
