– Installing USB Drivers

Click on the Windows Start flag and browse
to the

Honeywell Gent

Group (Windows 10)

and click on

USB Driver Setup

Note nothing will appear to happen

If you now connect to the Fire Panel with a
USB lead then check your PC’s Device
Manager > Ports (Com & LPT) to determine
the COM Port to use:-

Repeat the process above.

The following screen will appear and confirm
that the driver installation is complete:-
