INSPECTION
CAMSHAFT HOLDER I.D.
CRANKCASE COVER SIDE
Measure the camshaft holder I.D. of the crankcase
cover.
If the measurement is more than the service limit,
replace the crankcase cover (page 13-3).
Inspect the camshaft O.D. (page 13-12).
CYLINDER BARREL SIDE
Measure the camshaft holder I.D. of the cylinder barrel
assembly.
If the measurement is more than the service limit,
replace the cylinder barrel (page 13-4).
Inspect the camshaft O.D. (page 13-12).
CYLINDER SLEEVE I.D.
Measure and record the cylinder I.D. at three levels in
both the "X" axis (perpendicular to crankshaft) and the
"Y" axis (parallel to crankshaft). Take the maximum
reading to determine cylinder wear and taper.
If the measurement is more than the service limit,
replace the cylinder barrel (page 13-4).
Inspect the piston skirt O.D. (page 13-7).
STANDARD: 14.000 – 14.018 mm (0.5512 – 0.5519 in)
SERVICE LIMIT: 14.048 mm (0.5531 in)
STANDARD: 14.000 – 14.018 mm (0.5512 – 0.5519 in)
SERVICE LIMIT: 14.048 mm (0.5531 in)
WB20XT2:
STANDARD: 60.000 – 60.015 mm
(2.3622 – 2.3628 in)
SERVICE LIMIT: 60.165 mm (2.3561 in)
WB30XT2:
STANDARD: 68.000 – 68.015 mm
(2.6772 – 2.6778 in)
SERVICE LIMIT: 68.165 mm (2.6837 in)
