If a Fuse Blows

Main Fuse Access

1. To prevent an accidental short circuit, turn the ignition switch 

OFF (

w

) before checking or replacing the fuses.

2. To access the main fuse, remove the battery cover (page 172).
3. Remove the fuse cover.
4. Pull the main fuse out. If it is blown, install the spare main fuse. 

Spare main fuse is located in reverse side of the battery cover.

5. Install the fuse cover.
