Error Code

If an error code appears on the display while operating the remote, refer to the table
and take appropriate action.

Error Code

Problem/Explanation

What to Do

The remote or the vehicle’s
telecommunication device may have
malfunctioned.

Consult an authorized Honda Fit EV dealer.

The High Voltage battery charge failed to
start.

Make sure the charging cable is plugged in.

Make sure that you have removed the key from the power switch.

Follow the C1 and C2 solutions while the shift lever is in

still does not disappear, consult an authorized Honda Fit EV dealer.

The High Voltage battery charge did not
finish by the set charging time.

Release the charge connector from the vehicle, and consult an authorized
Honda Fit EV dealer.

The climate control system did not turn on.

The climate control system does not turn on when the High Voltage battery
level is less than 15%. Charge the High Voltage battery first.

Make sure that the hood and the doors are closed, and the key is removed
from the power switch.

Follow the A1 and A2 solutions. If the error code still does not disappear,
consult an authorized Honda Fit EV dealer.

The climate control system did not turn off.
