Installation
Follow the removal procedure in the reverse order.
1. Position the front wheel between the fork legs and

insert the axle from the right side, through the left
fork leg and wheel hub.

2. Make sure the speedometer

gearbox groove is fitted in
the lug (5) on the fork leg.

3. Install the axle nut and

tighten it to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 54 – 69 N.m
(5.4 – 6.9 kgf.m;
39 – 50 lbf.ft)

4. Connect the speedometer cable.

Removal
1. CG150 Titan  KS/ES/ESD/CG150  Job:

Support the motorcycle on its main stand on a
leveled surface.

CG150 Sport:
Raise the wheel off the ground by placing a support
under the engine.

2. Remove the rear brake adjusting nut (1) and

disconnect the brake rod (2) from the brake arm (3).

If a torque wrench is not used for installation, see
your authorized Honda dealer as soon as possible to
check for proper assembly. Improper assembly may
lead to loss of braking effectiveness.

WARNING

After installing the wheel, apply the front brake
several times and check if the wheel rotates freely
after releasing the lever. Recheck the wheel if the
brake drags or if the wheel does not rotate freely.
