 Put the carbon brush base (with carbon brush) into the middle housing of motor (Fig. 21).
 Make sure the steel plate on one end of carbon brush withstand to the groove of middle
housing (Fig. 22)
 Make sure the carbon brush touch the motor rotor (Fig. 23)
 Fasten the carbon brush at the middle housing fix hole with screw (Fig. 24).
 Finally tighten the motor upper housing with screws (Fig. 25, Fig. 26)
After completing the carbon brush replacement, turn the router bit tip and check the resistant of
the carbon brush to make sure it’s properly installed.

Keep the machine clean and tidy in a place not reachable for children
11.4 Disposal
Do not dispose the machine in residual waste. Contact your local authorities for
information regarding the available disposal options. When you buy at your local dealer
for a replacement unit, the latter is obliged to exchange your old.
