11 MAINTENANCE
A T T E N T I O N
Perform all maintenance machine settings with the
machine being disconnected from the power supply!
Serious injury due to unintentional or automatic
activation of the machine!
The machine does not require extensive maintenance. If malfunctions and defects occur, let it be
serviced by trained persons only.
N O T I C E
Clean your machine regularly after every usage – it prolongs the machines lifespan and is a
pre-requisite for a safe working environment.
Repair jobs shall be performed by respectively trained professionals only!
Check regularly the condition of the security stickers. Replace them if required.
 Check regularly the condition of the machine.
11.1 Cleaning
 Keep the safety devices, air vents and the motor housing dust and dirt as possible. Wipe the
equipment with a clean cloth or blow it with compressed air at low pressure.
 We recommend that you clean the device immediately after each use.
 Clean the appliance regularly with a damp cloth and some soft soap.
 Ensure that no water can seep into the device.
11.2 Replace the carbon brush
 When the carbon brush is worn out loosen the upper housing screw when replacing(Fig 18)
 Take the carbon brush out after releasing the screws(Fig 19)
 Install the new carbon brush on the carbon brush base (Fig 20)
N O T E
The use of solvents, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners leads to
damage to the machine!
Therefore: When cleaning water and mild detergent if necessary use.
