MAINTENANCE
A T T E N T I O N
Perform all maintenance machine settings with the
machine being disconnected from the power supply!
Serious injury due to unintentional or automatic
activation of the machine!
The machine does not require extensive maintenance. If malfunctions and defects occur, let it be
serviced by trained persons only.
N O T I C E
Clean your machine regularly after every usage – it prolongs the machines lifespan and is a
pre-requisite for a safe working environment.
Repair jobs shall be performed by respectively trained professionals only!
Check regularly the condition of the security stickers. Replace them if required.

12.1
Maintenance plan
After each operation:
The machine has to be cleaned after each operation Beware for hot machine components. No
cleaning immediately after turning off the machine
Residues on the feeding rollers can be easy removed as follows: heat glue up to 120°C
(250°F), start feeding motor and let make the roller few turns so the new hot glue heat the
residual material on the roller. Press a wooden scoop carefully to the roller so you can
remove the residual material. For finalized cleaning use a damp cloth with cleaning benzene.
After 50 work hours
In order to keep the Hot Melt Adhesive Tank clean, it should be cleaned every 50 hours.
Method: when the remaining hot melt adhesive is intemperate / luke warm, clean up the
leaving adhesive in the bottom of glue pot with a wooden scoop, then add new hot melt
adhesive.
12.2
Storage
Switch off the temperature controller, the storage indicator light will turn on when temperature
reaches below 60°C (140°F). Then store the machine back to original box accordingly.
Keep the machine clean and tidy in a place not reachable for children
12.3
Disposal
Do not dispose the machine in residual waste. Contact your local authorities for
information regarding the available disposal options. When you buy at your local dealer
for a replacement unit, the latter is obliged to exchange your old.
