11.3 Operation
11.3.1 Height adjustment of the guiding plate
 Measure the height of the workpiece (Fig1)
 Loosen the locking lever and adjust the distance between supporting plate and edge bander by
using the scale (Fig2)
 Tighten the lock lever (Fig3)
 The surface of the guiding plate must be 90° to the pressure roller
 Loosen the inner hexagon screw (1)
 Set guide plate by using a protractor (2) to 90°
 Retighten the inner hexagon screw
 Loosen screw (3), adjust the scale plate to 0 (4). Retighten screw (3).
11.3.2 Adjustment for the width of edge
 Loose screw (Fig4) and insert a sample edge into side of the hold-down clamp.
 Move down the clamp to tough the edge and set the width of the tape. Tighten the screw (Fig5).
