15.1
Initial check before start
15.1.1
Glue granulate filling
Open the cover of the granulate
container (1) and fill in the gran-
ulate. Then close the granulate
container again. (Note: heating
elements (2) should be covered)
15.1.2
Inserting edgeband in edgeband feed
Place the edgeband (2) on the edge-
band support (1) and pass it through
the rollers (3), as well as the pressure
roller feed (5) and feed roller (6) up to
the crosscut blade (4).
15.1.3
Adjusting the height of the edge band
The height adjustment must be made
in 3 positions.
For position 1 and 2:
Loosen screw (S) and move the bolt to
the desired height and then retighten
screw (S).
For position 3:
Adjust the height by means of knurled
screw S1.
Note: Optimum height adjustment =
edge band + slight height play (1-
2mm) must not jam under any circum-
stances.
