13.4 Planing
 Adjust the cutting depth with the set screw (A).
 Adjust the blade cover (C) to let a space of 5mm to the
workpiece.
 To start the machine push start button (I).
 Press the workpiece with one hand against the planer
table.
 Slide the workpiece with the other hand evenly over the
blade shaft.
 Push stop button to switch off the machine after work.
 Before further activities wait until blade shaft is at a
standstill!
13.4.1 Planing of narrow workpieces
 Set the blade cover (C) to a position that the blade shaft
will be covered.
 Adjust the blade cover (C) to let a space of 5mm to the
workpiece.
 Lay the workpiece with the narrow side to the planer
table and press it with one hand to the angle stop.
 Slide the workpiece with the other hand evenly over the
blade shaft.
13.4.2 Planing with tilted angle stop
 Set the blade cover to a position that the blade shaft will
be covered.
 Adjust the blade cover to let a space of 5mm to the
workpiece.
 Lay the workpiece to the planer table and press it with
one hand to the angle stop.
 Slide the workpiece with the other hand evenly over the
blade shaft.
