15.1.4 Removing the transport lock
Remove the transport lock (1) from the
machine.
15.2 Assembly
The machine comes pre-assembled, it is necessary to reassemble the components that have been
disassembled for transport according to the following instructions.
1. Wheel assembly
Slide the axle (1) through the holes in
the machine base.
Attach the washer (2) and wheel. Secure
wheel with cotter pin (3). 2 axles and 4
wheels must be mounted on the
machine..
2. Workpiece stop assembly
Fix the workpiece stop with a screw in
the holder (1).
Position the workpiece stop and fix it
with locking screw (2)
3. Cylinder assembly
Assemble the lowering cylinder (5) at
the lower position (1) on the machine as
shown and secure with the nut (2).
Mount the lowering cylinder at the upper
position (3) using the bolt (4).
4. Coolant pump assembly
Attach the coolant pump (1) to the
tank (2) with 2 screws (4) and nut
(3). Insert the nut (3) into the recess
in the tank.
Fit the coolant supply hose (6) to the
pump connection (5). Put the tank (2)
back into the machine and place the
chip sieve (7) at the drain to the tank.
