Before you start sawing, check that
all machine components are in perfect condition.
all screws and connections are tightened.
you have selected the correct saw blade and set the correct saw band speed for the
material.
the workpiece is properly clamped at the correct angle.
the workpiece rests securely - support longer workpieces with a support (e.g. roller block)
the saw band is set correctly.
the saw arm is swivelled up and does not touch the workpiece.
no tools are left on the machine bed.
the motor has reached full speed.
13.2
Make a cut:
1.
Loosen clamping lever (4), swivel saw unit to the desired cutting angle and retighten
clamping lever (4).
2.
Swivel the saw arm upwards.
3.
Clamp the workpiece into the vice (7).
4.
Adjust the saw band guide (8) approx. 2 cm to the outer edge of the workpiece.
5.
To cut several pieces of equal length, set the workpiece stop (5) to the desired length.
6.
Set the desired speed on the speed controller (3).
7.
Switch on the unit using the on/off switch (2).
8.
Actuate the operating lever with the ON switch (1).

The band saw blade is now starting.
10.
As soon as the motor has reached full speed, slowly bring the saw blade into contact with
the workpiece.

10 Move the saw blade through the workpiece at the appropriate feed rate.

When the cut is complete, release the power switch.

The saw band stops.

of the reach of children.!

W A R N I N G
Electrical Voltage! Servicing, cleaning or maintenance work on the unit, which is
not disconnected from the power supply, may result in serious injury or death.
Always disconnect the device from the power supply before servicing, cleaning or
maintenance work and secure it against unintentional restarting! Repair work may
only be carried out by qualified personnel.
The machine is low-maintenance and contains only a few parts that the operator has to maintain.
Immediately rectify any malfunctions or defects that could impair the safety of the machine.
Check regularly whether the warning and safety instructions on the machine are present and in a
perfectly legible condition.
Before each operation, check that the safety devices are in perfect condition!
When storing the machine, it must not be stored in a damp room and must be protected against
the influence of weather conditions.
