Printer fails to
print

Printer Power
Cord/
Power Adapter

Ensure printer power cord is ﬁ rmly connected to the power
adapter and the power adapter is ﬁ rmly connected to the
printer. The power indicator light should be on.

Ensure printer power cord is plugged into a grounded AC
electrical outlet. Disconnect and reconnect the power cord.
Be sure the power indicator light is on.

USB Cable

Ensure USB cable is connected to the printer and the
analyzer.

Printer Labels

Ensure printer is not out of printer labels. To order printer
labels, contact Customer Service.

Printer not
plugged in when
test was run.

Plug the printer in. Turn the analyzer oﬀ and back on. Recall
the test result on the analyzer display screen (4-ACCESS
DATA). Press PRINT/ENTER on the analyzer to print the
result.
