OVERVIEW OF Rapid fFN 10Q ANALYZER MAIN MENU
fFN MAIN MENU Purpose
1-TEST PATIENT Runs the Rapid fFN 10Q test on a patient sample.
2-SET CALIBRATION Allows the calibration code for a lot of cassettes to be entered and stored into analyzer
memory. Performed at installation and with every cassette lot change.
3-DAILY QC Compares functional parameters of the QCette against those of its original setup. Ensures
the analyzer is functioning properly. Performed daily.
4-ACCESS DATA View/print the results of patient tests, QCette and Control checks and System Calibration
results. Allows for transfer of data via the data port.
5-VIEW SETUP View current setup of cal code, date/time and autoprint setting without inadvertently
changing them.
6-CHANGE SETUP Allows change to date/time, autoprint setting or to perform QCette setup. Allows Hologic
Technical Support to update the software version.
7-TEST COUNTS View/print the number of tests performed on the analyzer to date: Patient, Control, QCette.
8-LIQUID CONTROLS Runs the liquid control samples on the analyzer to ensure the Rapid fFN 10Q System
functions properly. Performed at installation and with every cassette lot change or
shipment.
9-USAGE REPORT View/print the total number of patient test results over the past 12 months.
