Danger of poisoning
Risk of fire from hot exhaust system.
Warning against improper use of the tractor
If you disregard these guidelines, there is a possibility of severe injuries resulting from accidents in road
traffic.
l
Check the steering ability of the hydraulic steering system after stationary operation. To do this,
turn the steering wheel left and right several times to a stop; this bleeds the steering system.
l
Check the hydraulic oil level before beginning to drive.
Caution with leaking fluids and lubricants
l
Always wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses, safety gloves) when handling fluids
and lubricants.
l
Observe the safety regulations for the respective product (see MSDS) when handling oil grease
and other chemical substances!
l
Do not exceed the recommended fill level.
l
Immediately remove leaked lubricants and dispose of them in accordance with local laws and
regulations.
ADVICE
Use only Holder approved oils. Do not mix with other hydraulic oils. Mixing different types of oils will
change the oil characteristics and will cause system damage thereby voiding warranty.
To remove hydraulic oil:
1. Bring the tractor to a complete stop and turn the engine off.
In stationary operation, hydraulic oil may also be taken through the hydraulic couplings for operation,
of, e.g., a hydraulic tipper.
Max. removal amount 22 l
Recommissioning tractor after shutdown
This procedure provides instructions on how to recommission the tractor after shutdown (how long?). If
the tractor was shut down for longer than six months, the tractor must be thoroughly tested, with
particular attention to safety-critical functions and parts, before being put back into service. Consult the
nearest Holder-accredited service center to recommission the tractor after shutdown.
Danger of chemical burns
