2.1 HT1000SR Overview

The Ground Hog is a walk behind waterblasting

tool used for detail work that larger equipment

is too large or cumbersome to do. It features a

speed adjustable, self rotating spray bar powered

by the ultra high pressure water emitted from the

nozzles. It is supplied with vacuum recovery and

ultra high pressure water by a remote mounted

pump and debris recovery system. The rotating

spray bar and UHP water are controlled simultane-

ously using a dump valve located on the handle.

The Ground Hog is designed for operating pres-

sures up to 40,000 psi (2758 bars) and can be

used on any system that matches that rating.

High pressure to the blasting head is controlled by

a lever on the handle. When the lever is squeezed,

it closes the dump valve, delivering ultra high

pressure water to the spray bar. When the handle

is released the valve opens and pressure at the

spray bar immediately drops to zero.
