10. TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of any problems with the device, please refer to the following tips.
The device has no user-serviceable parts.
The device does
not function even
though the plug is
plugged into the
mains.
Check that the plug or power cord is not damaged.
Check if the connection between the plug and power supply is
correct.
Check whether the electrical outlet is damaged - select another
one.
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
If you are not going to use the device for a long time, after disconnecting it from the
power supply, cooling and cleaning its components, store it in a dry room away from
heat and moisture sources. It is best to place the device in its original packaging, out
of reach of children and pets.
TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
It is recommended to transport the device in its original packaging. Do not expose the
unit to excessive vibration or shock during transportation. If it is necessary to move
the device during use, do so only after it has been switched off, cooled down and the
lid is closed, holding the handle. Do not expose the device to high temperatures or
moisture.
12. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
The product is covered by a 3-year warranty, counting from the date of sale of the
product. If you need to make use of a warranty claim, please contact the
manufacturer's helpline or point of sale. The product returned for warranty claim
should be complete and best in its original packaging.
