For Installation
Installation
■ Check the level and presence of liquid in the tank before removing it.
■ The product may be overheated so wear gloves to prevent burns.
■ Before removing, please make sure that the power should be disconnected.
■ Flange and Screw of the product should be same with nozzle connector for the installation.
■ In order to prevent a loosening, washer should be used between the bolt and nut.
■ Gasket should be used between flanges. (Gasket should be selected considering of
temperature of medium and pressure of the tank)
■ The Power should be connected after completed installation and wiring.
■ Below recommendation should be considered when installation.
■
It is recommend to clean and check the sensing rod frequently by removing the sensing
rod from the vessel when the material is hard or high viscous.
Make sure the any damage while handling and transportation is not
allowed because it may cause of malfunction.
