Preparation Method
Wash the white
rice and grains
separately, mix
together, and add
water up to "Mixed
Grain" Level 3.
Place the inner pot
into the rice cooker,
close the lid, use the Rice button to
select "
Mixed Grain
", use the Menu
button to select "
Normal
", and then
press the Cook/Reheat button.
When cooking is finished, stir and
place on a serving dish.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, quickly
stir fry , add salt and pepper, and
allow it to cool.
Wash the white rice and black rice
separately, and mix together.
Put and the
broth from the
dried shrimps into

mix.
Place and on
top of the rice, put the inner pot into
the rice cooker without mixing, and

Mix the grains with the white rice, and cook the rice. Only mix around 20 to 30%
of the total rice.

For washing the little amount of mixed grain rice (such as amaranth and quinoa),
a tea strainer or similar utensil is much more convenient.
