Set the condensation prevention heater
(Swing partition/Partitioning iron plates)
Fine adjustment of the temperature
(Refrigerator Compartment / Freezer Compartment)
You can save electricity by setting the condensation prevention heater to a weaker level
when the humidity in the room is low.
You can set the swing partition or the partitioning iron plates by 4 stages respectively (Level 4 means the most effective for energy saving).
Temperature settings for Refrigerator and Freezer
Compartments can be more finely adjusted by 9 levels.

Open the door of the Lower Freezer Compartment.

more until the preset sound is heard.
Settings of condensation prevention heater (Energy Saving
level) will be changed. Repeat the change of settings to set
the operation sound you like (see the table shown below).

more until the preset sound is heard.
Settings of condensation prevention heater (Energy Saving
level) will be changed. Repeat the change of settings to set
the operation sound you like (see the table shown below).
Touch or button to make

The temperature becomes higher by 1 level every time you touch the
button. (Touching “Max.” returns to “Min.” .)

Dew condensation may be found in the swing partition or the partitioning iron plates when humidity is high. When dew is formed, cancel the setting.
●
The setting will be cancelled when the power plug is connected and disconnected or power failure recovery takes place.

The energy saving mode

to off before shipping.
“eco” Operation indicator lamp
Door Alarm
When the refrigerator is operated in a manner to
reduce power consumption, such as Frost Recycle
Cooling, the indicator lamp is automatically
lit to indicate that the refrigerator is
operating in the energy saving mode.
When the door is opened for more than 1 minute, sound and light
occur indicating the door is open as shown in the table below.
The Refrigerator Compartment, Ice Compartment, Lower Freezer and Vegetable
Compartment have the Door Alarm function (, but the Upper Freezer doesn’t).

From 30 seconds onwards with the door opened, the Door Alarm
sounds only when the energy saving mode is set. (In this case the
indicator lamp on the Control Panel wouldn’t blink.)

When the indicator lamp on the display area blinks due to the Door
Alarm function, the Control Panel will not be activated by touching it.
If [“eco” Operation indicator lamp] isn’ t illuminated,
check the following things.

Immediately after it is installed, plentiful foods are stored at a time or
the door is opened / closed frequently
・
“Quick Freeze” , “Quick Cool” , “Quick” or “Vegetable” is set.
・
The ambient temperature of the refrigerator is about 35˚C or higher.
