(2) Attachment of a network interface device

Step 1

Open the levers of the network interface board as shown in the figure below,

and insert it into the slot.

Caution: When installing a packet routing unit into the device, open its levers as shown

in the figure above. If you try to install it with its levers shut or open too wide, its

levers might be damaged when being inserted into the slot.
