Protect the soldered portion with
the insulating tape.
Reassembly can be accomplished by following the disassembly procedure in reverse. However, special
attention should be given to the following items.
(1) Wiring of the power supply unit
(a) Perform wiring according to the wiring diagram (Fig. 2). Be careful of the color of the internal wires and
the terminals to be soldered.
(b) Be careful of the polarity of the Motor

when soldering the Internal Wire (Black)

and the Internal
Wire (Red)

to the Motor

. The (+) terminal of the Motor
[30]
has a red mark for distinction
(Fig. 3).
(c) Be careful of the polarity and the mounting direction when soldering the Internal Wire (Black)

to the terminals of the DC-Speed Control Switch

(Fig. 4 (A)).
(d) Be careful of the color of the internal wires and the soldering direction when mounting Controller (B)

to the DC-Speed Control Switch

. Solder the internal wire (blue) of the DC-Speed Control Switch

to the internal wire (black) of Controller (B)

. After soldering, protect the soldered portion with
the insulating tape (Fig. 4 (B), (C)).
Reassembly
