FFC card while preparing the

total assembly.

Reinforcing tape (blue)

Pass the FFC card reinforcing

tape (blue) under the connector

and press the arrowed part to

fix the tape.

Ballast cover

When installing the ballast cover, connect the

CNBAR as illustrated below:

Hitch the wire on the ballast holder projection,

pass the wire through the ballast cover notch

then tape the wire on the notch.

Pass the wire through

the ballast holder hole

(from the underneath).

Rivet

DC FAN (power)

Connect the lead between the Power

unit (circuit) and the Power unit (ballast)

so the lead core is outside the ballast

cover as illustrated below.

Have the ballast cover lug hook

the lead, pass the lead outside

the ballast cover then fix the lead

with tape.

Connect the temperature switch

lead across the PWB ass'y FAN.
